Biography

My name is Nikmatus Sholikha, and I was born in Malang, Indonesia, on June 19, 1994. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Brawijaya (UB) in 2016, and completed my Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 2021.

During my postgraduate studies, I focused on the Manufacturing Systems concentration, where I conducted research on production scheduling optimization in manufacturing industries. My research explored scheduling strategies to improve operational performance in multi-stage production environments.

I am deeply passionate about applying systematic and data-driven approaches to solve complex operational problems. I continue to develop research and teaching in the field of Industrial Engineering, particular focus on the application of analytical models and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency in real-world production practices
