Biography<\/h4>\n

My name is Nikmatus Sholikha, and I was born in Malang, Indonesia, on June 19, 1994. I earned my Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Brawijaya (UB) in 2016, and completed my Master\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 2021.<\/p>\n

During my postgraduate studies, I focused on the Manufacturing Systems concentration, where I conducted research on production scheduling optimization in manufacturing industries. My research explored scheduling strategies to improve operational performance in multi-stage production environments.<\/p>\n

I am deeply passionate about applying systematic and data-driven approaches to solve complex operational problems. I continue to develop research and teaching in the field of Industrial Engineering, particular focus on the application of analytical models and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency in real-world production practices<\/p>\n
